I think that this primer works as well as much more expensive primers. I have greasy lids and this keeps my eye makeup in place and prevents creasing. The slight pink tint is a nice added bonus, it helps brighten the eyelid and fix mild darkness. Sometimes I'll wear it alone without eye shadow on top on days I'm doing a light makeup look.
Smells amazing and leaves my face very hydrated but not oily, would buy again!

I find it is a cheaper alternative to the usually expensive primer for the face. Anyone can use it it extends the wearing time of your daily make up.
No one product will help with that completely unfortunately. You will definitely need a primer, however I haven't tried this one yet so I can't speak to it's staying power, but I really suggest using long-wear specific makeup, and ideally a few different products to extend the life of your makeup. I recommend you try a prep spray- try the NYX one in the white bottle! , a primer such as this, a long-wear foundation like Revlon's pro long wear, or Estee Lauder Double Wear, then a translucent setting powder, and a setting spray. That's the ideal way to make your 'face' last through it all. If nothing else, a bare minimum of a primer (& let it soak in a min or so) and set it with loose powder! Hope that helps a bit! Not really. If you sweat heavily enough to sweat off your makeup, the primer will go with it. However, the moisturizing benefit to your face will remain.

Hi-Thanks for your question. You are correct that you should use moisturizer first and then the Face Primer would be the next step. It will help to lock in your moisturizer as well and keep you hydrated in the winter months. You can use any facial moisturizer that you normally use and works well with your skin type.

Not long. I apply this, do my eyes and and by the time I'm done it's set and I can finish my face.
I start with a clean face, apply moisturizer - let that dry - then apply the perfecting base, concealer, and lastly foundations. Sometimes I follow with a light layer of powder.

I love how this primer reduces the pores on my face as it allows my foundation to slide on evenly.
I think it works quite well because it makes your face so smooth. I finish my make-up with a setting spray and my make-up stays on all day until I wash it off.
