Base Device Driver Missing

Hi,
When I go to device manager, there is a problem with the Other Devices->Base system Device. It's a code 28, which means it misses some drivers. The problem is, I don't know which one.
There is a whole list of these Base System Device warnings, al with the 8086 code.

I checked the pcidatabse and it says 8086 is from Intel. But how do I know which driver I have to install?
I'm on W7, AsusP9X79 Pro, Intel 4930k, 32gb ram. Today I got a BSOD I think it has something to do with those drivers.

Hello All, I have a 1520 Dell Inspiron that I just put Windows 7 on. I have 3 Base System Devices that are missing drivers. I typed in the #'s trying to see what they were to but had no luck.

What am I seeing?

After installing Chipset Driver v10.0.14 and rebooting, the Device Manager still shows multiple Base System Device with yellow exclamation marks. This message showed after an operating system installation. Note 3 note 4 comparison.

How to fix it.

If multiple Base System Device still shows up under Other Devices, install the latest Intel® Chipset Software driver, based on your board model. Follow the instructions below.
